I ordered this as a surprise gift for my husband (who is British) for Christmas, so he hasn't seen it yet. However I received the package and it is beautiful!
After placing the order, Karen emailed me right away so we could start the design. I gave her some ideas and sent her some photos to work from. In about a day, she had a sketch for me so I could visualize the final product. Pretty quickly (a day or so later), she sent me a picture of the final product. It was shipped and I received it less than a week later.
Karen is wonderful to work with - she is very detail-oriented and that is reflected in every step from the design to sketch to the final product and the shipping (wrapped and well protected).
